The center of petals is knit using one strand each of orange and yellow DMC emboidery yarn. The Petals are picked up and knit one petal at a time in two rounds surrounding the center.

Petals is knit using Cool Wool, one skein each of Grass and Fuscia and knit on 10 1/2 circulars (12 inch) and double pointed needles.
